Lighthouse Property Management Co was born out of frustration. As property investors in New Orleans, we experienced firsthand what most owners deal with — slow communication, hidden fees, reactive maintenance, and zero transparency.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Lighthouse PM combines modern technology with deep New Orleans market knowledge. Our SMS-first communication system means owners, tenants, and vendors are always connected. Our real-time dashboards give owners complete visibility into their portfolio performance. And our embedded services — broadband, insurance, smart locks — create additional revenue streams that traditional PMs can't offer.
We operate on a co-management model. You handle leasing decisions. We handle everything else — operations, maintenance, communication, compliance, and technology — at a fraction of what traditional PMs charge.
